Booking & Availability

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for weddings, as our calendar fills quickly — especially for peak season (October to March). For corporate events and portraits, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Contact us and we'll confirm availability right away.

A booking is confirmed upon signing our service agreement and payment of the advance/retainer fee (typically 30–50% of the total package value). Until both are received, your date remains available to other clients.

Absolutely — we cover events across India. Travel and accommodation costs are included in our Premium and Bespoke packages for most destinations. For the Essential package, outstation travel is charged at actuals. We'll give you a clear breakdown upfront with no hidden costs.

We can hold a date for up to 48–72 hours on request while you confirm your decision. After that, the date is released. We're happy to schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to answer your questions before you commit.

Packages & Pricing

Our packages are detailed on the main page. In brief: Essential (6 hrs, 1 photographer, 300+ edited photos, online gallery); Premium (12 hrs, 2 photographers + videographer, 800+ photos, cinematic reel, drone, album); Bespoke (fully custom — multi-day crew, documentary film, live streaming, dedicated manager). Yes — we can add or remove elements from any package. Common additions include extra hours, second-shooter, aerial drone, same-day highlight reel, extended video coverage, and additional printed albums. Just tell us what you need and we'll quote accordingly.

Yes. We typically structure payment in three instalments: 30–50% at booking confirmation, 25% one month before the event, and the balance 7 days before (or on the event day by arrangement). For large Bespoke projects, we can negotiate a custom schedule.

Package prices displayed on our website are exclusive of GST (18%). Your final invoice will include GST as applicable. We'll make this clear in the service agreement before you confirm.

On the Day

We shoot with professional-grade Sony and Nikon full-frame cameras, with a full complement of lenses, professional lighting equipment, and DJI drones for aerial coverage. We always carry backup bodies and equipment to every event.

Yes — we encourage clients to share a shot list for must-have family and group photos. We'll also ask for your event timeline in advance so we can plan coverage around the key moments. We blend structured shots with natural, candid storytelling throughout.

We come prepared for all conditions and carry weatherproofing gear for our equipment. If an outdoor event is affected by extreme weather, we'll work with you and your venue to adapt — sometimes the most dramatic conditions create the most memorable photos.

Photo Delivery & Editing

You'll receive a sneak-peek gallery of 20–30 highlight images within 48 hours of your event. The full edited gallery is delivered within 7–14 days (7 days for Premium/Bespoke, 14 days for Essential). Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

All photos are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery hosted for 12 months. You can download full-resolution images directly. For Premium and Bespoke clients, we also provide a USB drive with the complete gallery.

We guarantee minimums per package (300+ for Essential, 800+ for Premium). In practice, we often deliver significantly more. Every delivered photo is fully colour-corrected and professionally edited. We don't deliver unedited RAW files.

Yes — we develop a signature editing style for each client based on their preferences (warm/cool tones, film-style, high-contrast, etc.). Share references you love and we'll calibrate our post-processing to match your vision.

Each package includes one round of revision requests. Please submit all feedback at once within 14 days of gallery delivery. Additional revision rounds are charged at ₹500–₹1,000 per photo depending on the complexity of changes.

Rights & Usage

You receive a full personal-use licence for all delivered images — meaning you can print, share, and use them freely for personal purposes. KK Arts Studio retains the copyright and the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. If you require an exclusive commercial licence (e.g., for a brand shoot), this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Absolutely — we encourage it! We only ask that you credit @kkartsstudio when sharing. If you'd prefer your photos remain private and not used in our portfolio, please let us know before the event and we'll note a privacy preference in your contract (a small fee may apply for full privacy).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all photography and videography services provided by KK Arts Studio ("Studio", "we", "us") to clients ("you", "Client"). By signing a service agreement or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Booking & Agreement

A booking is only confirmed upon (a) receipt of a signed service agreement and (b) payment of the agreed advance/retainer fee. Verbal confirmations, emails, or WhatsApp messages do not constitute a binding booking.

The service agreement will specify the event date, location, package, deliverables, fees, and payment schedule. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

2. Fees & Payment

2.1 Pricing

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST (18%) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change; however, the fee quoted in a signed agreement is fixed for that booking.

2.2 Payment Schedule

Advance/retainer (30–50%): due at contract signing to confirm the booking
Second instalment (25%): due 30 days before the event date
Balance: due 7 days before the event (or as agreed in writing)

2.3 Late Payments

Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of the booking. The Studio reserves the right to withhold delivery of photos/videos until all outstanding fees are settled in full.

2.4 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and cash. A receipt will be provided for all payments received.

3. Cancellation & Postponement

3.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation 90+ days before the event: 50% of the advance is refunded
Cancellation 30–89 days before the event: no refund of advance
Cancellation within 30 days of the event: full package fee becomes due

3.2 Postponement by Client

One postponement (date change) is permitted free of charge, provided the new date is within 12 months of the original and is subject to the Studio's availability. Subsequent postponements incur a fee of 10% of the total package value.

3.3 Cancellation by Studio

If the Studio must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement photographer/team of equal quality, or issue a full refund of all amounts paid. Our liability is limited to amounts paid by the Client.

4. On-Site Conduct & Cooperation

The Client agrees to ensure that the Studio's team has reasonable access to all event areas, venues, and subjects required to fulfil the service. If access is restricted by a venue, other vendors, or guests, the Studio cannot be held responsible for missing shots arising from such restrictions.

The Client agrees to ensure the Studio's team is provided with a meal and any required access passes/credentials for events lasting more than 4 hours.

The Studio reserves the right to withdraw services immediately if team members are subjected to harassment, abuse, or unsafe conditions. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

5. Deliverables & Timelines

Sneak-peek galleries (20–30 images) are delivered within 48 hours of the event. Full edited galleries are delivered within the timeframe specified in the package (7–14 days). Timelines may extend by up to 7 additional days during peak wedding season (Oct–Feb) or for events with extended coverage hours.

Delivered images are professionally colour-corrected and retouched. RAW/unedited files are not delivered as a standard deliverable. Where requested, RAW files may be licensed for an additional fee.

5.1 Revisions

Each package includes one round of reasonable revision requests, submitted within 14 days of gallery delivery. Requests beyond this or after the deadline are charged at the Studio's prevailing rate.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs and video content created by KK Arts Studio remain the intellectual property and copyright of KK Arts Studio under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.

The Studio may use any deliverable for portfolio display, website, social media, and marketing unless the Client has requested a privacy clause in the service agreement (subject to a privacy fee).

The Client may not sell, sublicense, or use images for commercial advertising purposes without obtaining a separate commercial licence in writing from the Studio.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Studio shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, illness, equipment failure, or acts of God (force majeure).

In the event of partial or total non-delivery of services due to equipment failure or other technical failures, the Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service affected.

Photography/videography involves inherent uncertainty. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee specific images (e.g., "the first-kiss shot") if conditions on the day prevent them. We are not responsible for missed moments caused by non-cooperation, restricted access, or late schedules.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Amendments

The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will not affect bookings already confirmed under a signed service agreement. The version of the Terms in force at the time of signing governs that booking.

1. Information We Collect

When you enquire or book our services, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, event details, and payment information. We may also collect images and videos of you and your guests as part of our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and manage photography/videography services you've booked
To communicate with you about your booking, enquiries, or updates
To process payments and issue receipts/invoices
To send you our portfolio or promotional materials (with your consent)
To display photographs in our portfolio, website, and social media (unless you opt out)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data only with: (a) payment processors for transaction handling, (b) our internal team members involved in your event, (c) law enforcement if required by law.

4. Image Use & Right to Privacy

By engaging KK Arts Studio, you consent to photographs and video from your event being used in our portfolio and promotional materials. If you wish to restrict this, please inform us in writing before your event date and include a privacy request in your service agreement.

We respect the privacy of guests at your event. We will not knowingly publish identifiable photos of guests who have explicitly objected to being photographed. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of our presence.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and event files for a minimum of 3 years after the event date for legal and accounting purposes. Your online photo gallery remains accessible for 12 months. After 12 months, galleries may be taken offline — please ensure you have downloaded your photos.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at kkartsnoida@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Photo galleries are password-protected. However, no online system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
